Well, to be honest I cant really speak for AK. However, when planning and design networks; redundancy and reliability have a cost factor. In developed markets, services are clearly defined and priced according to the options. Here we want to pay the lowest yet get the highest quality which even in economics does not work. Am looking forward to the day service providers will guarantee SLAs based on service definitions and quality of service.<br>
