Chown them to the user you want access to.

chown user:group -R /usr/lib

and /or
chmod o-w -R /usr/lib will remove write permissions for others, I think. Try it out.

./bernard

Hi All,
A friend of mine performed this command on his machine
Chmod 777 -R /usr/lib

is there a way to undo this?
