Safaricom have the right to withhold the exchange of your modem and their reason is sufficient enough. However, I find it absurd not to exchange the modem because you 'bought' it using their service. It is also illogical for the firm not to know - at least from my assumption - the mode/means of acquiring the modem, was in exchange of your 'Bonga' points. So you don't have any ISP of your choice which you can recommend?
