I still think the best feature to be introduced would be:

1. I input a number say 0722XXXYYY
2. Input figure to send A then click send the figure to send
3. The system gets the user's name from its date base and a confirm
dialogue comes "Please confirm sending A shillings to Mr. Name of
number 0722XXXYYY"
4. I click confirm, and input PIN, then money sent - then I get the
confirmation SMS

This to me is more important then SIM contacts and less prone to
erroneous sending of money to unknown people.
