That explains all our troubles...

I must admit they have much amass in terms of equipment, clientele and so on but they fail when it comes to customers care... a simple notice that services will be interrupted would have sufficed ...but i had to talk to 3 guys at support before i knew they were experiencing some technical difficulties.

Anyway...Lets wait for these "speeds".. I can only imagine....
