Today I have made five calls to KDN, each of these calls goes through but the line is so bad that the customer care representatives are unable to hear me clearly. 

 

Does KDN offer email support? I get no replies on support@kdn.co.ke or ispsol@kdn.co.ke Anyone know a KDN email address that gets read?

 

Butterfly WIFI in Kilifi is down again and has been down since Wednesday. 

 

10.199.0.1 is unreachable.
