[Skunkworks] Telkom Kenya Hosting

hi All, I am trying to create a new Mime type on a site hosted at Telkom Kenya, but the usermin interface they provide me won't allow it. I had seen some post on creating databases in Telkom hosted sites where there was a Telkom customer care contact, but I can't find it in the archives.
