I don't understand why KRA cannot offer the service online. This is the easiest thing to do.
They already have the database, so they just have to provide a search form on their online portal.
Something that can be done in 4 hrs (2 development, 2 testing)
I am sure they can recover the lost search money by having the cashier at the counter stump and sign
for those that want a certfied copy and double the fee

@Ndungu simply having to find my way to KRA offices was not (and still is not) an option for me.
