I believe the question has been asked below .... (any ideas or responses ??)
####START
I have joined an Ubuntu work station to Active Directory using likewise-open.
Problem is, when the PC is switched off after some time, a local user not from the domain has to login and log out to allow domain users to login. If this is not done, no domain user can be authenticated. I am guessing it's because the likewise service only starts on login and on login means the local user has to login then log out.
How do I overcome this problem?
PS: Who has managed to join Ubuntu 10.1 to the Active directory using likewise open?
