Under which law, Shiro? I have one spray in my house, which is actually classified as "military equipment". I am not sure it's pepper but will make someone cough so badly for hours they'll not be able to hide!!! Now, according to any law that I know of, I haven't found that being classified as an "offensive weapon" or "fire arm", but well, please quote the law you are referring to. I'd like to be on the safe side of the law.
