Hi Alvin,
Fidelio moves up as a HMS however Micros is the POS on their platform, the POS is probably the most current internationally
and works with ETR machines as well. It is however pretty pricy so if that's a factor, locally i haven't a clue on who else does reliable
POS's. There used to be a company running something called Fortune, But nothing significant with that POS, it was overrun by Micros.
Info is first hand, i used to work for Micros Fidelio E.A. as a Support, installer and Micros / Fidelio Programmer, with Novacom.
