[Skunkworks] PayPal Debit payment restriction only

Hi Guys, Is there a way one can only restrict his/her PayPal account to only receive Debit card payments only. I have done extensive research on this about am not sure if this feature is possible. If it, let me know how. I am using PayPal IPN in my integrations Thanks
