[Skunkworks] Solution for the traffic problem in Nairobi

Hi i am an Automation engineer and a robotics consultant and i am very much interested in Traffic jam Project. Can anybody tell me how to meet the concerned people. Or is there any meeting which i can attend to discuss on the issue.
