Why 3pm, I assume this is the time most guyz are heavy on mailing...most maintenance schedules are carried out at least around midnight but with the skunks which sleeps early in the night, some time from 8pm would have done. The downtime should be estimated for that matter.
We thank you for co-operation and look forward to a successful exercise.

Is the list being taken down? What made the server to be in critical condition? Do you mean it has been neglected or not been updated? Essshhhh...
