David, Market dynamics will determine whether the Zain's model in TZ can be worth here. Zain Kenya has an unlimited bundle of 3K per month in addition to various bundles, which Safaricom has. Unless the demand and supply are at equilibrium or the former is way above the latter, then Safaricom, IMHO, might not adapt Zain (TZ and KE) anytime soon.
