Sorry forgot to mention that Godaddy certificates come in CRT format, but there are tools you can use to convert. It's been a while so I can't remember the one I used. But you'll get enough of them out there. For some of them you're required to submit your key online, you might consider some due diligence. So you'll get the cert in now pem format, then they key file is your usual key, which you'll reference in your virtual hosting file - or just apache2.conf if that's how you're doing it.
