I see the problem. Unfortuantely, I don't think any telco does OTA services but I saw the handset on safaricom ad page. Maybe they provide OTA updates if you buy from them.
BTW, this is another interesting thing then. Do telcos like provide any OTA services to contract clients? QuickOffice had an free update for Nokia E-Series users, do such things get implemented here?
