I have checked the stockskenya thread, but it does not show any threat he received from Zain. It therefore does not substantiate the allegation. The reason I'm curious about this, is there is no corporate in today's dynamic market that can afford to issue threats to its customers. And since Zain is not the most preferred telco due to "stiff competition", they would not afford to issue threats to a customer.

I guess $afaricom would not also threaten a customer, though a leading and most profitable company in Kenya!

I did sign the contract after reading the T & C.

Never have I received a threat even when I go to the CC or send an email bursting with anger. Actually, the CC do call me back when I address an issue which is against the T&C I signed or even when experiencing some technical hitches!

and he says there was a contract for 2yrs within which you are bound to use the modem....
