ePresence (http://epresence.tv/) "is a complete solution for streaming, capturing, and publishing Rich Media presentations". And best of all, it is open-source so there are no license fees and whatever. You can buy commercial support, if you need to, from the creators (University of Toronto). I used v4 about a year ago and I found it to be feature-rich and easy to use, the powerpoint synchronization was quite useful. Their website has a showcase of how your presentation can look like if you used ePresence (TEDxToronto used ePresence for their event a few weeks ago).
