I personally have a Satellite link at home and it works like a charm, and in my employ, there doesn't exist such issues as have been presented here - so if you think Satellite is pathetic, then you have to live and content with what the other providers give you - don't wake up and say there aren't any good providers, coz mine sure is - delivers what they sell and is exceptional at customer service.

I concluded that there is no good service provider in Kenya. None!! Today it is this one, tomorrow it is the other.. And at some point all these providers just don't pick their support lines whenever there is a problem.
