And the client never understands this, luckily, they aren't willing to fork out 10k for that, so we just wait!

I think almost every sysadmin has had issues with Uceprotect and their de-listing levels (Googling them up will reveal this), sometimes just sitting and waiting for them to de-list you is the best thing you can do :)
