Thank you all, Forgot to come back. Apparently , I had been blacklisted by several antispam databases. I managed to de-list from several and also used my spare public IPs as I try to delist from the rest. I've to say Safaricom guys came in handy to assist me get the de-list faster.

Access Kenya have certain restrictions on their network which will give you headache if your LAN isn't clean, but that again is the point - clean out your LAN!
