Complaining is for all(worldwide) not only in KE, example is our immediate neighbours, those guys complain big time, so are Americans, Britons, Japanese etc etc, next time have your facts right before you shoot!

How are we passing blame? For instance, if you have a problem with a telco and you don't work for a telco, how do you go about addressing your problem? By going to work for the Telco?
No one would complain about something they can address themselves.
