Interesting. Ave always wondered about cloud based mining. I suppose you 'hire' Virtual Machines /computing power as opposed to 'owning' the mining power. Question is: What is the trade-off like? Considering that not all computing hash power expensed translates into a hit (bitcoin reward). Perhaps a more hypothetical question would be- if mining in the cloud was profitable, why are mining still building mining firms instead of going the cloud way? walu.
