Why not MARK the road first and put proper signs. Other wise lets have speed bumps all over till they finish the highway to a usable state. I have been lost myself many times and ended up on the wrong side of the road or had to give way to another lost driver. And the cops on this route just are not interested in your safety or that of other road users, they just want you to make the mistake so they can arrest you. How does a policeman stop you right on the highway and to keep themselves safe as they talk to you from the passenger side to ensure they are not exposed to the speeding cars while you just pray that no speeding lorry shows up behind you as you give your driving licence for a 'spot check'.
