I think that is the Kenyan problem. Everybody seems to be in search of the single deal which will make him/her. Lets learn from safaricom. Everybody knows it is more expensive its service is slightly lower due to bandwidth problems. You have every reason to quit but you find yourself going back. Lets embrace strategy. For example because safaricom knows its only a matter of time before internet is in everybody's door step their modems are dropping prices with each sunrise. hata customer care wanauza.
Lets give these big companies a reason to invest locally. Its more cheaper to mantain a customer than to win one.
