Difficult to implement mainly because when I need info on OT or need to have my site reviewed, I need the info NOW.....not next week....

Instead of Ad's showing up when and if with multiple threads, they will be listed once a week on a single thread starting Monday Morning to end on Sunday of that week with the subject line:
SKUNKWORK-ADS-DAY(DATE) XX/XX/XXXX
This new method of mail tracking would bring some conformity to the threads and tie up those loose advert threads.
REVIEW-MY-SITE
This is a key part of our weekly activities here on Skunkworks.
By organizing it in a single thread, we facilitate a simpler movement and navigation of mails from our standard inbox's to bring us a more manageable, and transparent view of
the site's being reviewed weekly leaving other threads to facilitate their talk without a cluttered inbox.
The subject line for this on a weekly would be:
REVIEW-MY-SITE (DATE) XX/XX/XXXX

There's a lot of Off-Topic conversations that take place on the list. While it is understandable that this is bound to happen, formalizing it with one thread a week will help maintain a bit of order.
