I think Josphat is looking for an Inventory Management Solution - something that tracks inventory coming in and going out (inventory here not necessarily belonging to the firm)

2.Device from external can use normal barcode so that once the
occasion is over then stickers can be removed.
3. Software behind can be asset management kind with options to check
