[Skunkworks] Safaricom SMS takes forever to deliver!!

I guess almost everyone is a victim here...but I've had it with these buggers! Seems your Chinese network only competes with the European ones on price... Where is CCK on this? Weren't they taking some network metrics or something some time back? Ama it was just a PR show? Crack the whip, ala... I guess safcom knows it, and I will repeat for the benefit of all - whoever else comes up with a mobile money transfer system as good as m-pesa will surely kill you.
