as for the flavour.... ubuntu, kubuntu, edubuntu, mint linux, debian, all of these have great user experiences depending on who the "user" is. if its a DeeJay, give him ubuntustudio, it its a teacher, im guessing edubuntu, I bet if you really looked you would get a flavour of debian derived distro tailored to watchies....
