I suppose they will style up. All the feedback they used to get about their pathetic services and simply ignore have now come back to haunt them.I hear the outfit is now like a Mini South Africa, which leaves me wondering - how much %age of the work force is a foreign investors allowed to bring from outside the country? Replacing Kenyans with South Africans I suppose may or may not solve the problems KDN faces. Problems are normally embedded with management practices/styles. It gets to a point when staff members simply don't care anymore. Someone correct me.
