I suppose they will style up. All the feedback they used to get about their pathetic services and simply ignore have now come back to haunt them.
I hear the outfit is now like a Mini South Africa, which leaves me wondering - how much %age of the work force is a foreign investors allowed to bring from outside the country? Replacing Kenyans with South Africans I suppose may or may not solve the problems KDN faces. Problems are normally embedded with management practices/styles. It gets to a point when staff members simply don't care anymore. Someone correct me.
