Cannot connect! Since Friday for me. the 121 line does not go through; when you call 100 the customer care line, those guys wind u up even more! they are not forthright; at least not to me; they tended to intimate that the problem (upgrade) had been sorted and everything should be okay, but its not. wonder when we'll be able to connect.
