Methinks it's a case of male chauvinism! Why? It reminds me of a story about a man who defiled a child and when the girl's parent decided to let the law take it's Health officer who was supposed to conduct a diagnosis of the girl and submit it to the police as evidence, just refused to do so because he couldn't see why send his fellow male to jail! So he waited until 24 hrs later, when all the evidence had disappeared, to diagnose the girl! In this SMS case, I guess the cops and judge were males!
The magistrate was female!
