Hi! Sorry I am not about to help you but I have a question for the ninjas here...

Now that Mpesa has an api and PayPal has an api, shouldn't someone be working on an efficient Mpesa-to-PayPal and PayPal-to-Mpesa service. My experience as a techie has taught me that if you do something more than two times in the exact same way, AUTOMATE IT!! There seems to be many people asking for this service.

Apart from regulatory barriers, what could be stopping this?
