The thing here is not spamming or creating a filter, but unsubcribing from the group completely. If you had a weakness and assuned you didn't have it, you haven't sorted yourself out as yet. The forum managers cannot think everybody wants to be on their group. This is not the time for comprises. If on twitter let Robert Alai know you want to unsubscribe from the group.
