Michael Josef said ideas are just in the air waiting to be picked up. He said there is no new idea on this earth... But it is the choice of someone or a company to pick up an idea - put their time and resources and make it work. An idea could go either way, it could flunk or it could succeed after someone has poured their Capital - how come no one lays claim to the many that fail ?
