Every time I need to settle my monthly DSTV subscription I feel angry to the fact that I either have to walk in the hot sun and pay by Posta pay or send someone to do it for me. I once wanted to use standing instructions but was told by their staff that I must fill a form which I must get from their office in westlands.
My question to them just in case there is one on this list is... What is so difficult in allowing us to use MPESA to pay these bills?
