I can understand where you are coming from. To have a customer service person hang up on you!! To tell you the truth, I&#39;m just waiting to finish the airtime on this sim card or the airtime expires and I&#39;m not ever bothering them again. As it is, they cappd their speeds to a maximum of 14 kbps and its been that way for a while. and I dont think they are about to cange their trend.<br>
<br>It&#39;s a really sad and bad picture when such organisations start treating their clients as people whom they are doing a favor.<br><br>I live in Thika and I&#39;m hoping YU can get it&#39;s signal to my place. From the comments I&#39;ve gathered from this list and other forums, it&#39;s not as bad.<br>
<br>Otherwise as Aki had said earlier on a separate thread, these &quot;voice&quot; telcos might just have to focus on their core business which is just voice and sms. They are clearly not doing very well when it comes to data.<br>
