My friend, it is possible to be angry without being insulting. There is a big difference.
If ive paid for a service and im not getting it,and im taken to the back of the line for being angry,it goes ahead to justify why I called them names in the first place. Customer Service reprensentatives know that clients call them names all the time(am i wrong?I dont call people names but other people do it all the time) coz they are angry. how they handle it determines whether I stay or move as soon as i get an alternative
We need more forums to expose bad service. Sunny Bindra has a book on customer service that says we as kenyans are so used to taking crap that we are even nice when we call to complain and plead to get service that we are paying for. Its time the power reverts to the consumer who pays for services they are being overcharged for while the executives of these companies ride around in big cars and pay attention to big clients

We are onto several "actions", for example, yesterday afternoon CCK
held a Consumers Public Forum at the University of Nairobi where I
also spoke. Praised success of this new initiative by CCK (judging
from the very many consumers complaints now arising, everywhere). We
are happy to continue partnering with the Regulator on it, in order to
strengthen consumer position and uphold their rights while
acknowledging businesses rights too - it's a two-way thingie..
When the journey starts on the right footing at the right somewhere,
things change!!

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.As we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
