[Skunkworks] CCIE_Voice certification

Hello people, I am looking to take the CCIE voice exams starting with the written exam in February, then the LAB exam later in the year. I have taken the CCNA-V and CCNP-V and would like to finish this track. I am looking for people who have taken these exams, to share study materials, ideas and motivation. Currently also searching for videos/ nuggets, books, LAB material, equipment and ideas on how to set up the CCM on a virtual machine so as to study for the written exam.
