Hello,
The service is really poor of late. Lots of timeouts and sometimes simply no connection to the Internet even if you can do the Zuku speedtest.
The problem is when you talk to Zuku support as long as you are able to do the speedtest and get a reasonable speed then they assume the problem is on your end.

How many of you have experienced greatly degraded speeds since Zuku carried out the upgrade of their respective Internet packages? Last night, I was clocking speeds of under 1 Mbps (downsteam) & I could barely catch up on my YouTube subscriptions. Anyone on this forum from Zuku that can address this matter?
