<div>- Good Windows Knowledge</div><div>- Good Understanding of the GSM Network Infrastructure as well as emerging technologies. Knowledge of implementation of VAS services (SMS, MMS, Location Based Services) And subscriber data management services is a plus.</div>

<div>- At least basic skills with Oracle or MySQL (both preferred)</div><div>- Good TCP/IP Knowledge</div><div>- Ability to write customized *NIX shell scripts</div><div>- An interest in software development will be an added advantage.</div>
