I have a little situation with the KRA website. I registered for a PIN sometimes last year using the online registration form. The problem is that I never received the mail with my PIN but the site tells me I already have a PIN when I try to register again. I get really pissed of when I go to the login page. My login credentials dont seem to work and when I click the forgot password link, Im asked for my email <b>and my PIN </b>which I never received. This implies that there is simply no way I can access my PIN unless I call the customer care number which I have tried to severally to no avail. Anybody know how I can get my PIN without going to their offices, coz then I think the site has a <b>MAJOR</b> bug in that one.<br clear="all">
