Plus i forgot to mention, this shit started when i read the book FINAL FRONTIERS... and ever since i got this attacks frequently bt nowadays they only appear once or twice in four months.. Resently i watched the movie "PARANORMAL ACTIVITIES" and in the middle of the night i saw a floating dark object on top of my galfriend (like a shadow off her but on top of her)while we slept which i ofcourse was just a halucination from the images in the movie.. i was like is that you Satan?? OMG WTF!! So when i try waking up i got a sleep paralysis and she is the one who woke me coz i was trying to call her name and to say "niamshe" but all she could here is a squicky voice and she parted my face coz i had told her about this sometime ago. THen i woke and went back to sleep;)

Stop all your paranormal activities this way: Stop reading those books that carry you away!
Did you know that some books can convert you completely, by making you believe in something you did not?
Plus, do not read such books late into the wee hours of the night! What happens is that once you stop (take a break to sleep) your mind starts replaying the scenarios, much like a tape recorder playing, and you are very much an actor within the scenes.
