I seriously recommend we should place the chap in intelligence as a spy. If he could infiltrate the high ranks of the police force for two years & remain undetected, it potrays he knows how to cover his tracks. This story is kind of funny. Still, don't understand how its possible. For one, how can a fake police suck a genuine one? He has to work with HR department, else the sucked officer would keep getting paid.
