www.payscale.com has very good anonymous data on every level, and you
will be shocked how much data they have for Kenya, but you have to
register (lengthy!!) and pretend you are the CEO with the credentials
you want and also have an idea of what salary - then you can compare
with what it gives. Never tried for CEO but I pretty much know what my
peers earn :-)
