<div><br></div><div>Otherwise the course could be scrapped.</div><div><br></div><div>The other way is for the person to register for a Masters or PhD, and not actually do the courses... </div><div><br></div><div>The college can then use this to justify that the person is pursuing a &#39;Higher Education&#39; and will eventually graduate.<br>
