FSO is better than fiber in this case...you can do in excess of 1Gbps if price isn't too much of an issue.

Alternatively use a 24Ghz backhaul which is license free. Ubiquiti has a solution in this regard - also >1Gbps - and it's cheaper than FSO in terms of cost per bit.
