Have you asked them if they can allow you to bring in a secondary link to the co-lo facility? I think their reason for giving ISP specific links is the fact that they are not gonna invest in capacity from the other providers when no revenue is apparent on it, which is something even you wouldn't do.
Maybe there is a co-lo facility with link redundancy in KE, but we're yet to hear about it.
