It is document management but not from Archiving point of view. We need to classify the documents by adding Classification e.g, Public, Company Confidential and sensitivity e.g. Confidential, Top Secret to Headers, Footers or Watermark. This process which is called tagging will assist my McAfee DLP to check from whom the documents originates and to whom the documents is being sent to and after analyzing ensures that the re is no information leakage.

This process is achieved when one is creating and saving documents as well as being integrated to emails.

In other words the information cannot fall into the wrong hands.

Is there any local vendor for the above application?

This should be able to tag documents and classify them so that one can only be able to access and also send (via email) what is authorised.

 

This should be compatible with Microsoft Office Documents and Outlook.

 

Any feedback will be appreciated.

 

An example of such an application is TITUS This is good but costs a whooping $30k.
